AI ChatBots

massandra eBusiness GmbH attaches great importance to protecting the privacy of the users of our online services. Therefore, all technical and organizational possibilities are exhausted to ensure data security. This results in the following terms of use for the chatbot.

 

1. General

These Terms of Use apply exclusively to the use of the chatbot of massandra eBusiness engineering GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Chatbot"). Use is provided free of charge.

2. Use of our Services

 

What is allowed:

You can use the ChatBot to obtain information about massandra eBusiness engineering GmbH services and also to obtain further information on other IT-related topics.  When using it, you must comply with all applicable laws and our terms of use.

  • You may not use Output with respect to an individual for any purpose that could have a legal or material effect on that individual, such as making credit, educational, employment, housing, insurance, legal, medical or other important decisions. 

  • Our services may provide incomplete, inaccurate or offensive output that does not reflect our views. Where Output refers to a third party's products or services, this does not mean that we endorse or are affiliated with that third party.

3. Functionality/Content and Warranties

 

  • The chatbot provides information on topics that are found or generated by user input and the underlying algorithm. Due to the system, the accuracy of the answers is not guaranteed. The service is intended to provide non-binding initial information and is not a substitute for obtaining information independently.

  • A certain functionality of the chatbot is not guaranteed.

  • The offer from massandra eBusiness engineering GmbH to use the chatbot is non-binding. It is used exclusively by the user entering and confirming a correspondingly designated button.

  • Furthermore, the user assures the proper and legally compliant use of the chatbot.

 

4. Liability

 

  • The information provided by the chatbot is neither binding, nor does massandra eBusiness engineering GmbH guarantee the accuracy of this data. We assume no liability or guarantee for the topicality, correctness or completeness of the information provided. 

  • We expressly reserve the right to change, supplement or delete individual or all services without prior notice or to discontinue publication temporarily or permanently.

  • massandra eBusiness engineering GmbH in no way guarantees the availability of the service. We are not obliged to offer the use of the chatbot for a certain period of time. There is no entitlement to the use of the chatbot. massandra eBusiness engineering GmbH reserves the right to terminate the service at any time.

  • massandra eBusiness engineering GmbH excludes any liability in connection with the use of the services or the non-provision of the services including their results.

  • massandra eBusiness engineering GmbH is not liable for any links that are generated, provided or otherwise made available to the user by the chatbot.

5. Personal Data

Personal data disclosed to massandra eBusiness engineering GmbH must be treated in strict confidence and in accordance with the Data Protection Act (DSG) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To optimize the chatbot, the chat history is logged and stored in a local instance. This information is anonymous and is not linked to personal data. This information is intended to help us to better design the information offered to users, for example to better adapt the dialog guidance of the chatbot to user needs.

Any data that the user provides to the chatbot is voluntary. The chatbot will never ask its users to disclose personal data. However, if the user does so, massandra eBusiness engineering GmbH accepts no liability.

The user is free to delete the chat history by clicking after the end of the conversation. This deletes the conversation completely from the system.

 

6. Applicable Law

 

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is

Königstein im Taunus, Germany.
